The software is built by Aidaro s.r.o., a sister company with the same owner.

Yes. Reyalhuasca s.r.o. has been entered in the Czech Commercial Register since 29/09/2014, at the Municipal Court in Prague. Its company ID (IČO) is 03441911 and its VAT number (DIČ) is CZ03441911.

Both are public records. You can check them without asking us and without giving us any of your data.

In Czechia, in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague. The registered office on record is 5. května 1141/35, 140 00 Praha 4.

The working office is at Klimentská 1974/20, 110 00 Praha 1. Both addresses are real and each has its role: the one that appears in the register and on official documents is the registered office.

Through three official registers, none of them ours. ARES is the Czech state register of economic subjects and answers for company ID 03441911. The Commercial Register shows the full entry and has an English version.

VIES is the European Union database of VAT numbers and confirms VAT number CZ03441911. It is the strongest check that exists on us, because it does not depend on any single Czech authority.

The domain reyalhuasca.cz has also been in use since 2014. The company was not created to launch GanaContratos: it had been working for more than ten years before that.

The paid subscription is not live yet. When it launches, it will be billed by Paddle as merchant of record, not by Reyalhuasca s.r.o. directly.

Merchant of record means Paddle is the seller towards you: it handles the payment, the taxes and the invoice. It is the same arrangement many software companies use to sell outside their own country.
